✨ On March 24th and 25th, Pastry Agency had the honor (and the joy!) of traveling to Italy to visit Chef Academy, a pastry school nestled in the heart of Terni, a charming town in the Umbrian region.
Over two deliciously intense days, we hosted a Masterclass focused on petits gâteaux and Tea Time. We were joined by 14 passionate students, to whom we shared a bit of that famous French finesse.
On the menu: delicate macarons, rum-soaked baba, pear tarte Tatin, hazelnut madeleines, and a few delightful sweets from the confectionery world. Yes — we went all in.
This was a hands-on Masterclass, because we love when things get whipped, piped, shaped, and plated. Everyone got involved — from the basics to the final touches — learning not just the techniques, but the why behind every gesture.
As always, we wrapped things up with a presentation buffet — because desserts deserve their moment to shine. It was also the perfect time to celebrate the students’ efforts, and each of them received a certificate of recognition (with plenty of sweet smiles to go around).

We truly hope to be back in Terni soon for another Masterclass — with a new theme, but always the same love for the craft 💫
