At Pastry Agency, passing on the art of pastry is more than a profession—it’s a passion. That’s why we are proud to announce our collaboration with the EHIB (Escuela de Hostelería de Ibiza), a prestigious culinary school in Ibiza that trains future professionals in gastronomy, from cooking and service to oenology… and, of course, pastry!
Training the Next Generation of Pastry Chefs
As part of this partnership, Pastry Agency is responsible for designing the content and educational programs for first- and second-year students. These young talents get the unique opportunity to experience the profession hands-on several days a month, learning both the fundamentals and advanced techniques that define the art of pastry.
Classes take place every Thursday and Friday, with six-hour immersive sessions each day. The curriculum is structured around a variety of rotating themes, ensuring that students gain a broad and evolving skill set.
