On March 24th and 25th, Pastry Agency traveled to the heart of Italy to host a unique Masterclass at Chef Academy in Terni. Over two days, 14 passionate students discovered the delicate art of French pastry, working hands-on to create petits gâteaux, macarons, babas au rhum, and more.
Between shared techniques, creative energy, and a beautiful final buffet, the experience celebrated not just the recipes, but the passion that brings pastry to life.
